WebCOBRA continues to dominate the COBRA administration software market with over 500 administrator and employer organizations using the system! And TravisCobra, the leading Windows-based system for COBRA administration, continues to have several hundred users as well. Why is that? Our customers consistently tell us it’s because both systems are feature-rich, dependable, and because we listen to and accommodate our customers’ suggestions rather than forcing our own beliefs of how COBRA ought to be done and how the systems ought to work. Both systems are constantly updated to make them extremely flexible. With both systems, YOU get to choose from an array of options allowing you to administer COBRA the way you see fit.

Users may have noticed that there are ongoing updates to the reports in WebCOBRA. New and updated reports are now formatted to resemble a spreadsheet design so that they are easily viewed and modified in Microsoft Excel.

In the report below, for example, “PlanSponsors, Inc.” would have been a section title. Now, the Carrier/Sponsor name is repeated in every row, so when the report is exported to Excel, the associated data is easily modified. In addition to the updated formatting, many reports now feature several new options, including sorting by Department, masking SSNs, and displaying only active plans.

In the past year, many submissions from the Travis Ideabook have made their way into our Travis Systems! Every year we add new features to our Travis products, and many of them come from you, our Travis Customers.

On Sunday, January 4, 2008, we added a new feature to WebCOBRA that allows most users to upload a document for a QB Group from the History tab.

We just added a new feature to WebCOBRA that allows you to see the number of notes you have for either a QB or Client/Employer without actually going into the Notes section!
