Resetting / Cancelling a Wizard after a Major Error

There are many cases where a user may receive a Major Error in the middle of a wizard (QB Add, Correspondence, etc) and once they receive this initial error, they continue to see it and may not be able to continue using the wizard. Usually, if only one user is receiving this error, the error can be cleared out by canceling the wizard; however, the problem is that the user generally will not be able to cancel the wizard due to this Major Error.
