On January 10, 2011, Lauren M. Williams was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Travis Software Corp. by its Board of Directors.
Ms. Williams joined Travis as Vice President and Corporate Counsel in January 2010. Her duties subsequently expanded to managing other operational areas of the company, including Support and Administration.
