In the past year, many submissions from the Travis Ideabook have made their way into our Travis Systems! Every year we add new features to our Travis products, and many of them come from you, our Travis Customers.

Some Ideabook ideas added to TravisCobra in the past year include:

• Ability to view on the PQB edit screen if a PQB is enrolled in the ARRA subsidy and their ARRA end-date.
• There is a now ARRA Subsidy Termination Letter notifying the PQB that they will now need to pay the full premium.
• TravisCobra now has the ARRA Premium Report that can export to Excel, and the ability to pull the Premium Reduction report by branch.
• The ARRA Denial Letter including how to appeal to the DOL.
• Expanded records in the Log tracking changes made to a PQB.
• A new macro showing the ARRA subsidy amount.

The Travis Ideabook makes it easy to submit suggestions for enhancements to Travis products. All you do is go to http://Ideabook.travisoft.com and set up an account by selecting “sign up” from the home screen.

Please note that you must use the same email address as the used for your self-service login. If you do not have a self-service login, or do not know what it is, please contact Travis Support. Once your account is activated, you can submit enhancement suggestions for Travis products, view other customer’s suggestions, and vote or comment on the suggestions!
