New Formatting for Reports in WebCOBRA

Users may have noticed that there are ongoing updates to the reports in WebCOBRA. New and updated reports are now formatted to resemble a spreadsheet design so that they are easily viewed and modified in Microsoft Excel.

In the report below, for example, “PlanSponsors, Inc.” would have been a section title. Now, the Carrier/Sponsor name is repeated in every row, so when the report is exported to Excel, the associated data is easily modified. In addition to the updated formatting, many reports now feature several new options, including sorting by Department, masking SSNs, and displaying only active plans.

Here is a sample report with the new formatting -

Recently updated reports in WebCOBRA include:
  • “Active QB Listing” report – lists all QBs within the system of a particular status.
  • “Invoice History” report – lists invoices created (both open and voided/paid) in the system.
  • “QB Termination by System Date” report – shows QBs for whom a termination was processed.
New reports to the system include:
  • “Disbursements Including Non-Cash Payments” report – displays all payments for premiums that were part of a disbursement, including payments marked as “non-cash,” which were used to fulfill a premium even though they were not included in the disbursement check.
  • “COBRA General Notice” report – lists Employees and QBs who have had a COBRA General Notice generated and accepted through correspondence.
  • “Benefit Plan Information” report – displays benefit plan information for all Carrier/Sponsors for selected companies.
