Hello,
To clarify…Should the 1 ARRA Extension document replace all four of the letters listed above?
Thank you

@danette This letter replaces all four of the letters listed above if you choose to do so.

In regards to Letter 79 (ARRA Exhausted Letter), can you clarify if the letters need to be printed BEFORE running the ARRA Credit Process for Enrolled PQBs under Utility. Directions indicate letters need to generate before running utility, however I would have thought the credit process would need to run first before generating letters since coupons print with the letters…how does the system know what amounts to print on coupons?

@Tracy The documentation is correct. Please run the letters before the process. The process will regenerate coupons.

So the above document should read “The following document will discuss how to import the ARRA Model Notice into the Letter Writer for Letters 78 – 81.”?
And you replace this 1 letter in place of all of those letters?
Thanks

@T If you choose to do so, you can. That is your discretion.
