WebCOBRA.com Optimizes the Letter Acceptance Process

As part of the ongoing system optimization work announced for WebCOBRA.com early in 2009, we have now implemented and improved the Letter Acceptance Process that has produced some impressive reductions in the amount of processing time needed to accept letters that have been generated.
Our technical team was able to optimize the process of permanently storing the PDF letter generated by the system. Letters will now appear at least 10 times faster in your QB and Correspondence History, and at the same time, this new process also speeds up the Acceptance Wizard, which will make processing and accepting letters faster than ever.
Enterprise Users
Enterprise Edition users of WebCOBRA.com can realize this letter production improvement benefit another way, by utilizing the optional Letter Acceptance Robot. This module automatically generates and accepts all letters overnight and allows those letters to be printed immediately upon your arrival into your office each workday.
Software Availability
The new Letter Acceptance Process is available on your WebCOBRA.com system now and was uploaded through a hotfix without any interference on the part of the user.
So, whether or not you use the Letter Acceptance Robot or accept your letters during your workday, you should notice a significant speed improvement in the letter acceptance process. We have other improvements coming as part of the optimization work we’re doing, and we will keep you informed about them as they are developed.
