Delete Uploaded Document: New in WebCOBRA

A new feature was just added to WebCOBRA that allows most users to delete an uploaded document for a QB Group from the History tab.

The team here at Travis wanted to add this functionality to go hand-in-hand with the QB Document Upload feature that was recently added to WebCOBRA.

To delete a document that you have uploaded from a QB Group:
  • From the History tab, select the Show Deletion Link. You will notice that only documents that have been uploaded to the WebCOBRA.com system will have a Delete link.
  • Select Delete next to the document you wish to delete from the QB Group.
  • The next screen will notify you, “Document was properly deleted from the system saved correctly.”
Please note that you only have the ability to delete documents from the QB History screen that have been uploaded into the system.
