User Lockdown: New in WebCOBRA
Category: New Features
Topics: security, user lockdown, user lockdown, webcobra, webcobra
A new feature was added to WebCOBRA on Sunday, February 8, that allows Administrators to prevent certain types of users from logging into the system.

Sometimes, Administrators have to perform system sensitive tasks, such as making rate changes, and it would be more efficient if you could make those changes with no one else in the system. The administrator only has the ability to lockdown Client and QB log-ins from the system, and they can also specify a unique message to the user letting them know they are unable to access the system.
To utilize the User Lockdown:- From the WebCOBRA homepage, go to Supervisor Only, and select Setup.
- Select the User Lockdown tab.
- From this tab you can select to lockdown the Client Logins, QB Logins, or both.
- Then, you can select to enter a message that the user(s) will see when they are unable to access the system.
- When you are finished, select Save and Continue.
