Newest Version of WebCOBRA.com includes Features Speeding Up Letter Production and Rate Change Entry/Processing By the Travis Development and Testing Team

As of October 26, 2009 users of WebCOBRA.com should notice an improvement in their ability to more rapidly enter benefit plan premium rate changes. They will also see faster auto-generation of letters created as a result of entries made during the workday.
These changes were made possible by a change to the WebCOBRA system that we’ve been working on developing and testing for over two months. The “rate change speedup” is designed to improve WebCOBRA’s ability to quickly process rate changes during this period when great numbers of rate changes are being entered by most users. The letter generation improvement will tie in with the rate change modification to improve speeds for letter generation.
We’re continuing to work on other areas of the system to optimize the speed for many functions, and that work will continue to be released over the next several weeks and months.
