Organization Changes at Travis Software

Travis Software has grown substantially in 2009, and as with most software companies both our customers and our staff have fueled that growth. We would like to thank our customers for their support of Travis this past year.
To establish a good basis for further growth, we’ve added some new people in important roles and have moved other people to new positions within Travis. Here is a summary of those changes:
As an indicator of the importance we attach to product testing, Courtney Reinecke has moved from her former role as the Director of the Support Group and joined the Quality Assurance Team. That team is responsible for testing new products and new releases of existing systems prior to their being made available to customers, and is part of our Development Group. Louie Casias, previously Assistant Director of Support, has assumed the Support Director role. Louie has been with Travis since early 2007 and has the entire Support Group reporting to him.
Debi Ostrom, formerly Customer Relationship Manager, has added management of the administrative functions at Travis to her list of responsibilities, so she is now Director of Administration and Customer Relationships. Steven Szelei is Travis’ Director of System Development. Steven brings over 20 years of experience, and most recently seven years of web-based systems experience, to Travis., and has already made his presence felt as he and his team work to improve our system performance.
As confirmation of the importance we place on keeping our systems up-to-date with ever-changing administrative compliance requirements. Travis is bringing an ERISA attorney in-house rather than using outside counsel. This new addition will not only help us keep our current COBRA and Flexible Benefit systems up with the laws and regulations, but will also help us in the creation of our new HITECH system, due out early next year.
Each of the people mentioned above report to Alan Williams, Founder and CEO of Travis, who after 23 years is still at the helm and is actively involved in day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning at Travis.
