Development Team Ramp Up
Over the past year the development team here at Travis has gone through a metamorphosis. The team has added several developers, as well as 2 people to our Quality Control team. We are making changes to the core of each of our systems to achieve better performance, greater stability and a better customer experience. We continue to add features that our customers have requested through our Idea Book (ideabook.travisoft.com)
We appreciate our customers notifying us through the support center when they find issues. However, we would prefer to find these items before you do. That is why we went out and found excellent certified Quality Assurance personnel and senior developers having over 12 years of experience each in design and implementation of high volume multi tenant systems. The Travis team is working harder than ever to ensure our customers have the most stable, high performance, feature filled COBRA, Flexible Benefit and Retiree Billing systems on the market.
