Letter Acceptance Robot Automation - New in WebCOBRA
Category: New Features
Topics: letter robot, webcobra
The Letter Acceptance Robot automates a time-consuming task in a COBRA system—accepting letters! This automation robot can sort your letters in zip-code order, add an OMR tag for high-volume mailing machines, and then deliver the package to you without your involvement.
This add-on module can deliver your COBRA, state continuation, and retiree billing letters to you, and frees you from worrying about accepting letters. You can receive the letters each morning in an email for you to print out, or it will auto-deliver the letters to a fulfillment house.
Some of the ways you can use this robot include:
- Fulfillment Mode: Enter your FTP username and password, and WebCOBRA will deliver a PDF to your fullfillment house for them to print, stuff, stamp, and mail your letters. You can receive an email receipt each morning.
- Email Mode: You still print and mail your letters, but they are waiting for you when you log onto your computer in the morning
At 9:00 PM central time, WebCOBRA will auto-accept any letters that are waiting for you to print. It’ll sort them by zip-code order, slap on an OMR mark for a mailing machine, and then deliver them to you.
You can always re-download the PDF using correspondence history, and you can turn the mode to ‘not enabled’ if you want WebCOBRA to not accept letters on a particular night. And you can still accept letters on your own for all your clients or for a particular qb instantly.
You can find our new “Automation” modules in the IT Resources section in WebCOBRA. Supervisor users can disable the auto-acceptance as needed, and can deliver the sorted PDF to an email address, or an fulfillment house’s FTP box.
Our automation engines are currently available as add-on modules. If you’d like to take advantage of the new capability, please contact our sales department at 281-496-3737.
