Travis Software Training
Have you recently purchased your Travis product? Maybe you’ve added a new member to your team that needs to learn the software; or, maybe your team has been using your Travis product for a few years and could use a refresher course. These are all great reasons to take advantage of a Travis Software training class.
Why a Training Class?
All of our Travis products are full of tools to help you administer your COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts or Retiree Billing more effectively. For example, do you know how to set up the emailing function on WebCOBRA.com or TravisCobra? Do you know how to set up direct deposit on TravisFLEX?
The Travis Software Training classes are designed to help you understand the functionality of all the Travis products in depth. You will come out of the training class aware of the features our products have and how to use those features in order to improve your use of the system.
WebCOBRA Online Training
For WebCOBRA.com users, we also have an Online Training that will walk you through the basic functions of the system, such as setting up a client/employer, how to add a QB, the Internet Word Processor, running correspondence, and so much more. The training video is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which will allow you the convenience of using the tutorial on your own time. You can access Online Training by logging into the WebCOBRA.com site and selecting the “Training” link in the top-right-hand corner of your screen.
If you would like more in-depth training on the WebCOBRA system, we do offer personally-taught training classes, in addition to the online tutorial.
